Rouella brings over 18 years of experience in Client Service. She started her career with one of the oldest and highly respected mutual fund companies, American Funds. A quick learner and highly motivated, she gained extensive knowledge in various aspects of the financial services industry and was often selected to conduct training classes for other associates as well as participate in various committees formed to improve systems and workflow. She advanced her knowledge even further by working at Smith Barney for 10 years, where she eventually passed her Series 7 and 63 licenses. A leader among her peers, she contributed to the development of a training program for new Sales Assistants.
Her success in providing excellent client service as well as her desire to continue learning and growing has undoubtedly translated with Redfixfive. For over three years, Rouella has proven to be a successful Project Manager and a great asset to Redfixfive, because she is very organized and an efficient multi-tasker. She is pro-active in providing clients with information and updates and very responsive to clients’ requests. She communicates with all parties effectively and is able to keep our projects moving forward while monitoring the time and the budget.
